This management simulation demonstrates how to take strategic and operational decisions in logistics and focuses on the overall context of logistics in supply chain management. Three areas are central to the simulation: Inbound, Outbound, and in-house logistics.

BD Express Logistics
This simulation follows the development of a logistics company from a locally operated bicycle-courier service into a fully integrated 3/4 PL service-provider. This simulation is relevant for cargo operations.

Public Transportation and Railroad Services
This simulation involves the management of a recently privatized regional public transportation company that has to operate with declining public funding (strategic development of a regional mass public transportation company).
