Project Management

The project team is led by Project Managers who are experienced in managing technology-based learning projects. They work in tandem with the client from the start to the finish and at every stage of the project make sure that expectations, time schedules, and cost estimates stay on track.

Instructional Design

Experienced Instructional Designers with prior teaching and Web content experience design the curriculum and learning architecture. They do so after a thorough analysis of the training needs and end-user profiles.

Content Developers

Content Developers combine their writing and editing skills with creative teaching methods to develop the course content with the instructional designers. They ensure that learning objectives are met in the most effective and enjoyable way.

Graphic Design

The Illustrators, Designers, Animators, and 3D Modelers breathe life into the project. They keep the balance between learning objectives and visual appeal to create courseware that educates and entertains.

Software Engineering

Software Engineers, with their extensive experience in authoring tools and programming languages, ensure the quality of the software code and ascertain whether it is modular, well documented, optimal, and tested at various levels. They then integrate the courses and launch them into the appropriate system using the latest technology.
